Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Love Le Hare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of new terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
When you subscribe to Love Le Hare, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly. Your first billing cycle begins immediately upon purchase. Charges will appear on your statement under the merchant name Love Le Hare.
Billing dates depend on when you originally subscribed. We will attempt to process charges on the same date each month. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times within 30 days.
There are no hidden fees. You will always know exactly what you are being charged before confirming your subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact us at hello@lovelehare.com.au.
No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. However, if you are charged in error or experience technical issues, please reach out immediately and we will make it right.
Shipping and Delivery
Love Le Hare ships worldwide on the 25th of each month. Shipping times vary based on location. We ship via standard mail, which typically arrives within 5-10 business days domestically and 10-30 business days internationally.
All shipping costs are included in your subscription price. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail once it leaves our facility. You may request insurance through your local postal service if desired.
If you need to change your shipping address, please do so through your account settings at least one week before the 25th of the month.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, letters, and content created by Love Le Hare are the intellectual property of Love Le Hare. You may use these items for personal enjoyment, including framing, displaying, or gifting to friends. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Love Le Hare is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about uninterrupted service or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Le Hare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
